Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jack Murray ("we", "us"), the publisher of the Tudiso Gate mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the App. The rules of the app store you downloaded from (Apple App Store or Google Play) also apply.
What Tudiso Gate does
The App is a personal organiser for residents of apartment buildings and gated communities. You can record expected visitors and parcels, write up maintenance problems, keep community-board notices, note shared-room bookings, track common charges and keep emergency contacts at hand. Your entries are stored on your device (see our Privacy Policy).
The App is independent of your building's owner, homeowners' association, property manager or security company, unless they tell you otherwise. Recording a booking, visitor or maintenance issue in the App doesn't reserve, authorise or report anything with your building. Always confirm through your building's official channels.
Your licence to use the App
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own household and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
Being a good neighbour
- Record only information you're entitled to keep. Visitor names and plates belong to other people, so handle them with care.
- Don't use the App to watch, harass or discriminate against neighbours, staff or visitors.
- When you share notices or reports, don't include unlawful, defamatory or misleading content.
- Follow your building's own house rules, booking rules and privacy rules.
Common charges and fees
The fee tracker is a record-keeping tool only. It doesn't process, send or guarantee payments, and it isn't financial or accounting advice. The official amounts and due dates are whatever your building's management sets. If your records in the App differ from theirs, theirs take priority.
Emergencies
Tudiso Gate is not an emergency service. It doesn't monitor your home, notify emergency responders or guarantee that a stored number is correct or reachable. In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number directly.
Your content and backups
Everything you enter belongs to you. Because it's stored on your device, you're responsible for keeping backups. If you lose, reset or replace your device, or uninstall the App, your entries may be lost, and we can't recover them.
Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that reminders will always fire. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed bookings, missed deliveries, late-payment charges or lost data resulting from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Updates, changes and ending use
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. We'll post material changes on this page and update the effective date. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these Terms.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union law. This doesn't affect any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions? Email jack.murray80@gmail.com or go to the Support page.
